Assembling slide plate and lower nozzle together into a steel layer will get our preinstall products. The lower nozzles are made of alumina-carbon or alumina-zirconia-carbon shaped by pressing machine. Recently , a new casting product was got ;it has many advantages ,such as high stability and safety for no mud between slide plate and the casting lower nozzle. Many kinds of material can be used to make casting lower nozzles, such as , magnesia , corundum , alumina-magnesia-carbon and so on to meet different conditions.
