Burned magnesia bricks are made from various grades of magnesia and have good high-temperature performance and strong corrosion resistance.It has good performance and mainly used in permanent lining of steel furnaces,lime kiln,glass furnace regenerators,torpedo cars and non-ferrous furnaces.
Burned Magnesia-chrome brick is made from high quality magnesia and chrome ore,it has good performance at high temperature and applied widely used in cement rotary kilns and non-ferrous furnaces.
Direct-bonded magnesia-chrome brick is made of low impurity chrome ore and high purity magnesia and sintered at high temperature over 1700'C,it has good high temperature performance,strong slag resistance and cement clinker corrosion resistance and widely used in non-ferrous furnaces and cement rotary kilns.
Semi-bonded and rebonded magnesia-chrome brick are made partially or fully with synthetic eletro-fused clinkers.They are shaped under high pressure and sintered at very high temperature.They have high strength and good volume stability and applied widely in refining furnaces such as RH,VOD,AOD as well as non-ferrous furnaces.
Magnesia-Alumina spinel brick is made of high quality magnesia and synthetic magnesia-alumina spinel clinker.It has good high-temperature performance,thermal shock resistance and strong slag resistance.The main application is transition zone in cement rotary kilns,glass furnace regenerators and lime kilns.
