Sialon-Sic
This product is made of high-quality SiC. Al2O3 and fine powder etc. as main raw materials, According to the optimum nitrizing-sintered process, it can nitrize so fully the nitrizing ratio is very high, featuring excellent high-temperature strength, high thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion, high resistance oxidation and molten metal corrosion.
Al2O3-SiC-C
This product for the lining of molten iron mixer carrier with dephosphorization desulphurization desiliconization processes. It possesses high resistivity on spalling, erosion and corrosion, good performance in slag impermeability and excellent high temperature structural strength, it is an ideal product for the lining of molten iron mixer carrier with “three de-” processes. It is competent to find its application in molten iron notches, ladles and refining furnaces.
Sialon –corundum
Sialon-bonded corundum product is a new type of Sialon-bonded refractory used in blast furnace. The product is made mainly of metal powder and fine powder, sintered in nitrizing atmosphere, featuring excellent high-temperature, high resistance to oxidation and molten metal corrosion, firstly used in B.F.
Al2O3-SiC bricks
It has the characteristics of high thermal shock resistance, high temperature structural strength, high resistivity of corrosion, erosion and high thermal conductivity. It can be used in iron notch system, coke oven carbonizer, heating furnace and nonferrous metals melting industries.
