We have a rule which will attend in the first meeting in the first day of every month about appreciation for colleagues ,things what happened and the new ideas in last month.

Four appreciation:appreciate company,colleagues,customers,yourself

Four Newing ideas:New introspection,feedback,improving,suggestions

Our president make some conclusions for the meeting and give us seven feedback.

Thanks for that company pay more attention on our suggestions and give us feedback at the first time.Believe our company will be better and better.
